About Availacal Availability Calendars
Each Availacal availability calendar is designed to show the available and non-available dates for somebody or something. Available periods (days or half days) are shown in green, unavailable periods are shown in red. It's simple and easy for anyone to understand. A customisable 'orange days' option can be added to signify a third kind of situation, for example an unconfirmed booking. The significance of any orange days, and also any alternative text for green and red days can be shown on a key. For example, if the calendar is for a shop or restaurant, green will typically signify 'open' and red 'closed'. On this calendar click the logo to see the key.

Availacal dynamic availability calendars and mini calendars both show one month to a view. The right-facing arrows advance to any subsequent months, left-facing arrows go back. Availability Information for past dates is not shown on any calendars. A key (if provided) can be viewed via the logo or the question mark at the foot of the calendar. All our accounts provide all these calendar types to choose from.

So Who Uses Availacal Availability Calendars, and How?
There is probably nobody in the world that won't find our availability calendars useful, either to check availability or to show availability. There are many kinds of individuals and businesses who use the calendars to show availability but generally...
- anyone can be shown a calendar or given a link to see a calendar, no password is required;
- account holders have a master password to create, administrate or delete one or more calendars, set passwords and alter the main configuration settings;
- administrators can be given a password by the account holder so they can update a calendar. (i.e. set/update the green/red/orange periods). Typically an administrator will be in charge of the thing that that availability calendar is for;
- sharers - Anyone can share an availability calendar if they have the link. This might be an existing client, or someone creating a website, or a social media or blog post. Some calendar styling is even possible without any need for password access.
