AVAILACAL availability calendars are incredibly good value for money. If you have just one calendar it will cost you less than $12 per year. The more calendars you have and the more years you pay for in advance, the lower the price per calendar per year. For example: If you have ten calendars they will each cost $2.50 or less per year. The table below shows how the pricing works.

Remember that if you a multiple calendar account you can let others use and administrate calendars by creating a special password for each calendar. Your calendars can be used on as many web sites as you like.

Prices are shown in US dollars but you can pay in euros or British pounds if you prefer. The actual amount you will pay in these currencies will be calculated prior to checkout, based on the current exchange rate. Most major charge cards are accepted via our secure online payment handlers RBS WorldPay and PayPal.

There are no hidden charges, nothing extra to pay except for EU residents who will be charged an additional 16% to cover Value Added Tax.

Please note that we do not operate automatic repeat billing but we will endeavour to send you a reminder email before renewal is due so you can renew in good time. The Calendar Management system will also indicate when there are just a few weeks before renewal is due.

If you need to add more calendars to your existing account, pro-rata pricing applies (subject to a minimum charge of $5.00). For example: If there are six months remainining before the renewal date, to upgrade from 'up to 10 calendars' to 'up to 20 calendars', the charge would be $6.00.
